Ground up, three-year long, fixed-priced project involving full life cycle:
  • Requirements Analysis
  • Components Based Design
  • Component Code Development
  • Ongoing Maintenance and Support of B2B and B2C global franchisee system.
  • Designed and managed in the Rational Unified Process framework using the full set of Rational tools, programmed in Java, servlets and EJBs on BEA Weblogic application server.
  • Integrated franchisee system with Blue Martini based main corporate Website.

System is now being extended using Web Services to provide online Excel based decision support in real time to franchisees and to Gymboree management.
Continuing to provide complete maintenance and help desk support via annual contracts.
